Celeste completed a Bachelor of Social Work in 2004 at Monash University, continuing to further her studies completing a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws.  Whilst Celeste is comfortable working across a breadth of client groups, she has a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults.

Celeste works across a range of evidence-based modalities and has completed further training in the areas of cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, life story work and schema therapy.  Celeste is committed to taking a flexible approach to intervention and exploring which treatment options will best meet the client’s individual therapeutic goals.

Celeste has worked in early intervention in youth mental health, and in the out of home care sectors, working with clients across areas of home-based care, residential care and education.  As a result, Celeste has a special interest in both complex trauma, and engagement of those clients who may typically have barriers to engaging with service provision.  Celeste is passionate about building rapport with adolescents and young adults to empower them to feel comfortable and supported to undertake meaningful therapeutic work.
