You & Your Employees Can Use Our EAP Services In Australia

EAP services are designed to help employees cope with personal problems that may affect their work performance. The services are confidential and can be accessed through a variety of channels, including online, phone, and face-to-face counselling. EAP services can help employees with a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, financial problems, and relationship issues. The services can also help employees deal with work-related issues, such as job satisfaction, job performance, and work-life balance.

EAPs are confidential, meaning that the information disclosed by employees to EAP counsellors is protected under federal and state laws. EAP counsellors are required to maintain confidentiality unless there is a danger of imminent harm to the employee or others, or if the employee discloses abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult. The use of EAPs has been shown to improve employee productivity, reduce absenteeism, and decrease healthcare costs. At ACT Curious, EAP counselling is provided by our team of licensed mental health professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, or counsellors.

Benefit From Our EAP Services In Australia

EAPs are voluntary, meaning that employees are not required to participate in the program and can discontinue participation at any time. However, some employers may require employees to participate in an EAP as a condition of employment or may require employees to participate in an EAP as part of a post-offer, pre-employment screening process.

If you are an employer interested in implementing an EAP, there are a number of things to consider, such as the type of services you would like to offer, the cost of the program, and the confidentiality of the program. There is individual counselling, group counselling, workshops, seminars, online resources, and EAP hotlines. Contact ACT Curious for more information.
