Wendy is a skilled facilitator, coach/mentor and problem solver with a strong background in women in leadership.

She works with not for profit community organisations and for profit organisations, local governments and Boards to help them achieve their desired outcomes. She brings expertise in strategic and operational planning, organisational improvement, project management and responding to change.

Wendy Murray has fifteen years experience in Executive roles in the disability sector, crime prevention, juvenile justice, adult corrections, education and training systems. In those roles she led reform projects to improve outcomes for people who experience disadvantage. She is passionate about social justice and is a current Board member of Tenancy-WA a tenant’s advice service.
