What’s included in these programs and which one is right for me?
ACT Curious offers creative and holistic programs that use art, music, and sound to support emotional expression, relaxation, and self-awareness. These therapies encourage mindfulness and connection through creative experience rather than conversation, making them a gentle and restorative complement to traditional wellbeing programs.
How do I access the sessions — are they online, in person, or at my workplace?
Most programs can be delivered online, by phone, or in person at your workplace or our offices. We’ll work with you to find the most comfortable and convenient option.
Will it cost me anything, or is it covered through my employer’s EAP?
These programs are offered at no cost to you through your organisation’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — a free, confidential counselling and wellbeing service funded by your employer
Who conducts my session?
All sessions are facilitated by qualified professionals from the ACT Curious team — including registered psychologists, counsellors, and experienced wellbeing coaches. Each practitioner is carefully matched to your needs to ensure you receive supportive, evidence-based care.
Our supports are available to you at no cost through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a free, confidential counselling and wellbeing service funded by your employer.
