Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Confidential, employer-funded counselling and wellbeing support designed to help employees improve mental health, build resilience, and navigate workplace and personal challenges. ACT Curious provides trusted Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) supporting organisations and employees across Australia.

ACT Curious provides evidence-based Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) offering confidential counselling, mental health support, and workplace wellbeing services for organisations and employees across Australia. Our employer-funded EAP services are designed to support individuals experiencing personal or work-related challenges that may impact their wellbeing, resilience, and everyday life.

Employees can access support in a way that works best for them, including in-person sessions, secure online video appointments, or phone counselling. Flexible appointments are available during business hours and early evenings, with 24/7 support available for critical incidents and urgent counselling needs. Each session typically runs for approximately 50 minutes, and the number of sessions available depends on the organisation’s EAP arrangement. In many cases, immediate family members may also be eligible to access support.
