A free, confidential counselling and wellbeing service funded by your employer.
ACT Curious provides confidential counselling and wellbeing services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This free, professional and confidential service is funded by your employer or organisation and is designed to support you with any personal or work-related challenges that may be affecting your wellbeing.
Sessions can be accessed in person, online (video), or by phone, depending on what feels most comfortable for you. Appointments are available during business hours and early evenings, with 24/7 support for critical incidents or urgent counselling needs. Each session runs for approximately 50 minutes, and the number of sessions you can access depends on your organisation’s EAP arrangement. In most cases, immediate family members are also eligible to use the service.
