What’s included in these programs and which one is right for me?

Our Mental Wellbeing Programs cover a range of supports—from mindfulness and resilience training to individual coaching and manager guidance. Each program is tailored to your needs or your team’s goals, and our team can help you choose the best fit.

Most programs can be delivered online, by phone, or in person at your workplace or our offices. We’ll work with you to find the most comfortable and convenient option.

These programs are offered at no cost to you through your organisation’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — a free, confidential counselling and wellbeing service funded by your employer.

All sessions are facilitated by qualified professionals from the ACT Curious team — including registered psychologists, counsellors, and experienced wellbeing coaches. Each practitioner is carefully matched to your needs to ensure you receive supportive, evidence-based care
